Convict Gunslingers – Malifaux

Loved this models, had a problem with the ponytail and extended cloth and lost them but otherwise was easy to clean the mold lines and the joins were easy to hide.

Used small strips of masking tape to spray the lines on the uniform, sprayed ink to shade and manually highlighted the raised areas. The ink was a mistake as it darkened and made the cloth look dirty. It worked better with the shirt wrap, where I sprayed up from below against a light grey which tinted the shadow areas darker.

For the skin I experimented using a dark red as the base, then a brown over most and then a flesh colour on top as a highlight. Then manual shading and highlights.
